We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to drive business growth by delivering tailored solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, customer engagement skills, and the ability to design comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the technical point of contact during pre-sales engagements, gather and analyze customer requirements through meetings, workshops, and site visits.
  • Solution Design and Proposal Development: Design customized Telecom/IT solutions based on customer needs, incorporating best practices and industry standards.
  • Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC): Plan, coordinate, and execute product demonstrations, proof-of-concept trials, and pilot projects for prospective customers.
  • Collaboration with OEMs/Partners: Work closely with OEM partners to validate solution designs, pricing, and compatibility.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical sales engineering role with major Telecom/IT vendors.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical expertise in at least one or more of the following domains: Wireless/Cellular Technologies, Information Technology, IP/Data Communications.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proposal writing and solution presentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
