NESL-IT is seeking a highly organized and proactive Technical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, development teams, and clients to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding and project coordination experience.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, development teams, and clients to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of software projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical understanding and project coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with timelines, scope, and goals
  • Work closely with the development and QA teams to track project milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain clear documentation, reports, and communication with all stakeholders
  • Assist Project Managers in daily project operations including sprint planning, meeting coordination, and status tracking
  • Identify project risks and communicate them effectively for timely resolution
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood
  • Ensure all tasks are logged and tracked through project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role within a tech environment
  • Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently during night hours (6 PM – 2 AM)
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
