Role Description
The Regional Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Central region. This includes building relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the region.
  • Analyze market data, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Pursue new business opportunities for chillers and locally assembled AHUs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA is an asset.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role in the HVAC industry.
  • Deep understanding of the HVAC market, including products, trends, and key players.
