About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Segment Head Sales & Services to drive growth in our Central region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive B2B sales efforts and position our brand for business development.
  2. Implement and manage sales teams, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  3. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
  6. Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Master's in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the service industry, preferably in B2B sales.
  • Prior experience in HR, Banking, software, and insurance industries is an asset.

A strong leader with exceptional communication and analytical skills, combined with a deep understanding of the sales process, is required for this role.
