Head of Business Development Central

We are looking for an experienced Segment Head Sales & Services to drive growth in our Central region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:- Drive B2B sales efforts and position our brand for business development.
- Implement and manage sales teams, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Master's in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of sales experience in the service industry, preferably in B2B sales.
- Prior experience in HR, Banking, software, and insurance industries is an asset.
A strong leader with exceptional communication and analytical skills, combined with a deep understanding of the sales process, is required for this role.
