Job Title: Fabric Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely order processing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director to set rates based on customer specifications.
  • Prepare and finalize sales contracts according to customer instructions or purchase orders.
  • Deliver signed sale contracts to customers upon approval by the Director.
  • Provide production with fabric specifications as per sales contracts.
  • Request Letter of Credit (L/C) from customers for L/C-based contracts.
  • Issue processing programs in accordance with sales contracts/PO, and distribute copies to Quality Control (QC) and instruct staff to process fabrics.
  • Upon completion of processing, arrange container shipment at the port as per sales contract/L/C.
  • Forward bill of lading (B/L) and other documents to customers via email.
  • Notify customers of courier numbers after document dispatch by bank.
  • Request payment from customers for CAD shipments.
  • Enquire about maturity dates from customers after document dispatch for L/C documents.
  • Send weekly status reports to customers on shipment and outstanding payments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable spinning company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
