Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our global solutioning team. As an Operations & Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in setting up and managing reporting functions, opportunity intake, and maintaining related technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and participate in opportunity qualification meetings, review documentation, and set up collaboration tools.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to capture key actions and ensure follow-up.
  3. Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards by curating data from multiple sources.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision-making.
  5. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data insights effectively.
  6. Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, ensuring data quality.
  7. Develop or improve analytical tools and systems to enhance data collection and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in relevant data analysis software or techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Excel (pivot tables, formulas, Power Query), SharePoint, and familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data integrity principles, database concepts, and automation tools like Power Automate or Alteryx.
