Job Description:

The role of a Data Analyst involves providing data insights and analysis to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, expertise in writing complex queries, and experience working with large datasets.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from complex data sets. You will work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and BI teams to translate data into clear outcomes that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities include creating meaningful reports, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear outputs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong foundation in SQL with expertise in writing and optimizing complex queries
  • Proven experience working with large and complex datasets from various sources
  • Solid data analysis skills focusing on identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable insights
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in data handling and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot data issues and deliver reliable results
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into clear outputs
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Looker or similar)
