Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our organization's information and technology strategy. As Chief Information Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital landscape.

This executive position involves overseeing the IT department and aligning technology initiatives with our overall business strategy. You will be responsible for leading digital transformation efforts, leveraging the latest technologies to enhance operational efficiency, drive innovation, and improve customer satisfaction.

Your leadership will guide our teams in developing and implementing robust information systems and data governance policies, transitioning our organization into a data-driven culture. You will also evaluate emerging technologies to determine their potential impact on our business and industry landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the management of our information systems and technology infrastructure.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve operational performance and competitive advantage.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CIO, CTO, or any senior managerial positions in IT.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels, governance practices, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with a focus on team building.
