IT Leadership Role

This is a management-level position that oversees the IT operations, reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction and management of the IT department, ensuring the seamless execution of complex IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the IT team, including the IT Manager and other staff members.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IT infrastructure, focusing on VOIP and networks.
  • Maintain and improve existing systems, ensuring high levels of performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong technical background in IT infrastructure and Microsoft Server administration.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Server Administration, IT infrastructure, and VOIP, with relevant certifications.
  • Strong working knowledge of contact center networks and related IT infrastructure.
Working Conditions

The selected candidate will work flexible hours, including nights, to ensure the smooth operation of the IT department.
