
Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints in a fair and transparent manner.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience in customer service, quality assurance, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and investigating all customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with internal staff and customers to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and complaint resolutions.
- Identifying trends and implementing process improvements to prevent future complaints.
- Developing and delivering training programs to improve customer service skills.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service and/or quality function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
