- Identifying employee learning and development opportunities.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of complaint handling principles.
- Experience in embedding strategies to minimize complaint handling time.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Self-motivation and collaborative mindset.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
