Complaints Resolution Lead
About the Role:The Complaints Resolution Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing ongoing cases, providing guidance to improve service delivery and streamline processes. This role involves analyzing data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement to reduce complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reviewing and analyzing case trends to inform process improvements.
  2. Maintaining accurate records and generating insightful reports.
  3. Collaborating with teams to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
  4. Root cause analysis to identify key areas for improvement.
  5. Providing regular updates on complaint performance and implemented solutions.
  6. Developing and executing efficient complaint processes.
  7. Managing team tasks with clear expectations.
  8. Driving team performance through coaching, training, and mentoring.
  9. Fostering collaboration across business units to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  10. Identifying employee learning and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of complaint handling principles.
  • Experience in embedding strategies to minimize complaint handling time.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Self-motivation and collaborative mindset.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
