We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team and take the lead on streamlining and scaling our internal systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, an understanding of DevOps, experience leveraging AI tools to drive business outcomes, and a genuine passion for building robust automation solutions.

This role involves designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enhance productivity across the organization.

You will work closely with Engineering, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions that address real business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Automation Solutions: Build robust software tools and scripts to automate repetitive engineering and business processes.
  • Develop and Maintain Custom Automation Tools: Create and support internal applications that streamline data processing, reporting, and operational workflows.
  • Integrate Automation Across Systems: Work with stakeholders to connect automation solutions with existing platforms and services.

We're looking for a self-starter mindset, comfortable with ownership and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) and automation frameworks is essential.

Requirements:
  • Expertise in software engineering roles with a strong focus on automation
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) and automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with QA/test automation tools and CI/CD practices
  • Familiarity of infrastructure concepts — containers, microservices, and orchestration

Bonus if you have experience deploying or integrating LLM-based or AI-powered tools into workflows. Basic financial acumen or an understanding of working in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startups is also a plus.
