Automation Process Efficiency Specialist

The ideal candidate will be passionate about optimizing workflows and building seamless systems. We're seeking a skilled Automation Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role involves analyzing processes across various departments to identify opportunities for automation. The Automation Coordinator will work closely with department leads to document existing procedures and create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Key responsibilities include designing and managing automations using HubSpot Workflows and Zapier to enhance team productivity. This also involves continuously monitoring and refining existing automations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Additionally, the Automation Coordinator will provide support with operations and onboarding tasks, offering organized and reliable administrative assistance. Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for all workflows, automations, and SOPs is also crucial in this role.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of one year of experience in automation building and/or lead generation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HubSpot and Zapier, preferably, but we welcome fast learners.
