
Business Development Representatives

Business development representatives are responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients and setting appointments for sales personnel.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Calling homeowners in specific areas to discuss their needs and preferences.
- Conducting brief consultations to determine the best course of action for each client.
- Scheduling appointments with potential clients at their convenience.
- Collecting information from supervisors regarding cold/warm calling techniques.
- Providing information about our services or products to potential clients.
- Recording all information collected from potential clients.
- Setting appointments with potential clients at their convenience.
- Requirements:
- Self-motivated under minimal supervision.
- Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile required.
- Previous call center/inbound or outbound sales/telephone sales experience highly desired.
- Proven track record of success (i.e., consistently meeting quota).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
