Job Title: Business Development Representatives

Business development representatives are responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting prospective clients and setting appointments for sales personnel.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Calling homeowners in specific areas to discuss their needs and preferences.
  • Conducting brief consultations to determine the best course of action for each client.
  • Scheduling appointments with potential clients at their convenience.
  • Collecting information from supervisors regarding cold/warm calling techniques.
  • Providing information about our services or products to potential clients.
  • Recording all information collected from potential clients.
  • Setting appointments with potential clients at their convenience.
  • Requirements:
  • Self-motivated under minimal supervision.
  • Strong work ethic, aptitude, and willingness to go the extra mile required.
  • Previous call center/inbound or outbound sales/telephone sales experience highly desired.
  • Proven track record of success (i.e., consistently meeting quota).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
