The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services. This role requires outstanding communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide introductory information to new customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on purchases and offering additional products or services that meet their needs.
  • Escalate queries and concerns to senior colleagues, troubleshooting common issues with products or services.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and other departments to find solutions to complex customer issues.
  • Negotiate with potential clients to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
