About the Role

As a highly skilled Junior to Mid-level UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences across various digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to create visually appealing and user-centric designs that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop dynamic animations and motion graphics to captivate audiences in marketing campaigns, product presentations, and user interface elements.
  • Design mobile app interfaces with a focus on usability and visual appeal, ensuring seamless navigation and ease of use.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee smooth implementation of designs and meet project deadlines.
  • Create responsive and user-friendly websites that align with modern web design trends and effectively convey brand messages.
  • Ensure website designs meet client requirements and business objectives, delivering high-quality outputs that exceed expectations.
  • Produce professional-grade print materials, such as brochures, posters, flyers, and packaging, adhering to industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and deliver intuitive user experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs and maintaining consistency throughout.
  • Stay updated with the latest design tools, technologies, and industry trends to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Figma and other design tools
  • Knowledge of Adobe XD and Sketch
  • Experience with Canva and CorelDRAW (optional)
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles for digital and print media
  • Skills in video animation and motion graphics
  • Mobile app design experience with a focus on UI/UX
  • Website design and development knowledge
  • Print media design expertise, including brochures, flyers, posters, and packaging
  • UI/UX design skills, including wireframes, prototypes, and user research
