Functional Consultant Role for Dynamics 365

TMR Consulting offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to gain expertise in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop skills across various functional modules.
Key Responsibilities- You will participate in training programs to gain hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Provide user support, create manuals, and conduct training sessions during and after implementation.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, data migration, and validation tasks as part of cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with Microsoft and prior exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP/CRM systems are advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward professional growth are highly valued.
