Job Title: Freelance Bidder

We are seeking a highly skilled freelance professional to generate new leads, build relationships with clients, promote and sell our digital solutions through multiple platforms.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position responsible for crafting personalized proposals, negotiating contracts, providing excellent customer service, identifying high-potential leads, meeting sales goals and targets each month.

  • Bid Writing: Craft compelling proposals to attract potential clients on various platforms.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, provide clear explanations of our services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue high-potential leads in web and app development niches.
  • Negotiation: Handle negotiations on project scope, timelines, and pricing to close deals.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and surpass sales goals and targets each month.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust bidding strategies to reflect client demand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure project proposals align with team capabilities.
  • Reporting: Track bidding performance, conversion rates, and success metrics to optimize bidding strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  • A proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experienced in selling website design, website development, mobile app development, WordPress, graphic designs, and animations.
