Senior PHP Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Team Lead to lead our development team. As a Senior PHP Team Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and clean PHP applications using frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, or Yii.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve coding standards and teamwork.
  • Design and implement high-quality code with strong OOP concepts, fundamental programming, web development, and database skills.
  • Mentor and guide the team on best practices for error handling, database management, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in PHP development with hands-on experience in MVC frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, MySQL, jQuery, AJAX, and JavaScript libraries.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
