Senior Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Technical Lead. This key position will be responsible for leading software development teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing teams. They will also have hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools, relational and non-relational databases, and front-end technologies such as ReactJS or React Native.

  • Lead software development teams, including project planning, estimation, and risk management.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team leads and engineers.
  • Maintain high-level technical understanding of each project, including architecture and technologies used.
  • Perform performance reviews and provide salary recommendations for team leads and engineers.
  • Contribute to proposals for new and existing projects.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental standards set by the CTO.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of overall software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience directly leading a development team of 3+ people.
  • Development experience using at least one of our core back-end technologies: .NET Core, ASP.Net Core (C#), Java or Node.js.
  • Development experience using at least one of our core front-end technologies: ReactJS or React Native.
  • Expert knowledge in analyzing, designing, and developing solutions.
  • Hands on experience with CI/CD tools and implementations.
