We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our Pursuit Design Team, you will be responsible for creating visual strategies and designing all pursuit-related deliverables and client-facing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create innovative cover art, charts, graphs, and packaging that support the pursuit's theme and relate to the client's business issues, culture, industry, and market position.
  • Design layouts within EY's Visual Identity, establishing strong typography and appropriate use of color, images, and fonts for readability and visual appeal.
  • Participate actively in kick-off meetings, debriefs, and oral preparation sessions related to pursuits.
  • Present design options and approaches that are cohesive, integrated, and support the overall pursuit theme.
  • Partner with pursuit teams to provide comprehensive BD coverage for strategic pursuits.
  • Drive design creativity and coach teams to foster pursuit design innovation.
  • Contribute to pursuit strategy sessions as applicable.
  • Lead the conceptualization of all client-facing materials with strategic messaging expertise.
  • Assist in developing account and opportunity value propositions.
  • Maintain relationships with key groups such as Knowledge, Sectors, Service Lines, and BMC.
  • Engage in internal and external networks.
  • Utilize Win/loss review insights to improve pursuit outcomes, including client experience processes.
  • Enhance pursuit processes focusing on design factors through client feedback.
  • Ensure the consistent application of approved design strategies and methods, coaching partners and teams accordingly.
  • Supervise and lead teams, conduct training sessions, and update pipeline reports.
Requirements:
  • Strong graphic design experience with exposure to brand marketing.
  • Knowledge of products and services is beneficial and will be essential upon assuming the role.
  • Ability to work agilely in a high-paced environment and produce quality work under pressure.
