Job Description:
A lead generation specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential clients through various channels. This role requires a strong ability to prospect, engage, and convert leads into profitable business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build trust with clients and close deals. They will also have experience in finding and engaging potential clients via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Bark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through freelance platforms and social media channels.
- Engage with prospects via emails, messages, and calls to generate interest in our services.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Bark to attract and connect with potential leads.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to convert prospects into clients.
Requirements and Skills:
- Lead Generation Expertise: Experience in finding and engaging potential clients via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Bark.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills to engage clients professionally.
- Sales & Negotiation: Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and close deals.
- Proposal Writing: Excellent writing skills to craft personalized and persuasive proposals.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, and digital solutions is a plus.
- Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Passionate about achieving goals and driving business growth.
