This is a fantastic opportunity to spearhead our lead generation efforts while managing the customer journey to optimize acquisition and retention.
- We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation and Marketing Specialist to create and manage strategic sales funnels, develop engaging content, and execute campaigns across social media, Shopify, and WordPress platforms.
- This role requires expertise in creating and managing strategic sales funnels, developing engaging content, and executing campaigns across social media, Shopify, and WordPress platforms.
- The ideal candidate will focus on driving lead generation while contributing to SEO strategies and Meta Ads management as secondary functions.
- Perform on-page SEO optimization for Shopify and WordPress sites, including meta tags, alt text, and site structure.
- Create SEO-optimized content, including product descriptions, blogs, and landing pages that align with the brand voice and target audience.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads into the sales funnel via Hubspot.
- Create and manage targeted lead lists using tools like LinkedIn and Apollo.io.
- Design and optimize sales funnels to nurture leads through various stages of the customer journey.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook/Instagram) to support customer acquisition.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Design visuals and short videos/reels using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to enhance social media presence.
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation and digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys using tools such as Hubspot.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools like Apollo.io or other platforms.
- Experience in Meta Ads campaign management.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of SEO strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, retargeting, and CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong social media management and basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Meta Planner).
- Experience working in the food packaging or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills.
