Job Title: Senior Manager

The role of a senior manager involves leading research and policy analysis on economic, trade, and fiscal matters relevant to Pakistan and the region.

Key qualifications include possessing a strong passion for macroeconomic analysis, particularly in fiscal and taxation policy. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Economics, Public Policy, International Trade, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized university, or be a Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member) or a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and facilitating research and policy analysis on economic, trade, and fiscal matters.
  • Preparing periodic economic outlook reports and commentary aligned with ICAP's vision and values.
  • Developing and maintaining a repository of economic indicators and databases to track and assess macroeconomic trends, government budgets, taxation reforms, and international trade developments.
  • Representing ICAP as a subject matter expert in media, seminars, conferences, and other public forums.
  • Advising ICAP's Council, Management, and relevant Committees on emerging economic issues.
  • Collaborating with national and international institutions for joint research and knowledge-sharing.
