
Executive Assistant To Campus Director

MBA from a recognized University with certification in Project Management.
1. Functions and Responsibilities- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
- Prioritize and ensure that reports, business papers, and correspondence are dealt with efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain diary of CEO and organize his travel and other related arrangements.
- Filing, preparation, collation, and distribution of supportive documentation, notes, and correspondence.
- Screen telephone calls.
- Advise the Campus Director of matters requiring personal attention, with associated deadlines, and prepare relevant documentation.
- Deal with matters requiring attention, or refer them to the appropriate person in the absence of the CEO.
- Take notes or minutes of various Board meetings, stakeholders, and other meetings when required.
- Check agenda and supportive documents and notes.
- Assist in the maintenance of documentation of the office policy and procedures manual.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
- Deal with correspondence addressed to the Campus Director.
- Assist with letters and presentations for Campus Director.
- Greet stakeholders on arrival at campus.
- Carry out special projects as allocated by Campus Director.
- Conduct research and analysis that may be needed for projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, and visitors to achieve aims of projects.
- Monitor progress of projects allocated to staff by Campus Director. Prepare reports on progress and implement any action.
- Software experience with various office computer packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize work.
