About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of our organization.

As an Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

You will also be responsible for reconciling bank statements, calculating tax returns, and conducting regular audits to identify areas of improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Accountant, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in using accounting software.

Additionally, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Above all, you must have a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and general ledger entries.
  2. Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
  4. Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and other financial documents.
  5. Calculate and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  6. Conduct regular audits and internal control checks to identify areas of improvement and prevent financial fraud.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
