Job Title: E-commerce Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated e-commerce assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the online store, including updating product listings and promotional materials.
  • Run and monitor Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Perform on-page SEO optimization and conduct keyword research to improve search engine rankings.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and messages on social media and email, providing timely and effective support.
Requirements:
  1. At least 6 months of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  3. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and practices.
  4. Proficiency in Canva or other design software.
  5. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
