E-Commerce Store Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-commerce store manager to oversee the strategic development and implementation of our e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce management, with expertise in setting up and managing websites, uploading assets, and implementing site optimisations.

They will also have experience in managing technical roadmaps, ensuring website performance, and improving SEO.

Key responsibilities include setting up and testing promotions, managing product feeds, creating marketing materials, and assessing website performance.

The successful candidate will be able to work closely with the director to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as needed.

They will also be responsible for providing ecommerce insights, competitor analysis, and keyword research to support business decisions.

Requirements
  • Experience in e-commerce management, including website setup and management, asset upload, and site optimisation.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Shopify and ability to manage technical roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work closely with the director and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
