Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Specialty Coffee Professional to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Specialty Coffee Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and processing payments.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to recipes and customer requests
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, and utensils
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies
- Keep track of customer orders to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in training new team members on coffee preparation techniques

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus)
