Job Role
- Scribe physician-patient conversations accurately.
- Capture clinical content of conversations using AI learning guidelines.
- Review cross-annotated work done by another specialist.
- Edit drafts created by different AI models according to specifications.
- Maintain consistency in annotation.
- Ensure reports adhere to research guidelines.
- Adapt to changes in training processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8-15 years of experience in scribing/transcription/coding clinical documentation.
- Familiarity with multiple specialty documentation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, AHDI guidelines, and procedures.
- Ability to operate designated equipment.
- Excellent listening skills for diverse accents and dialects.
- Capacity to work under pressure with time constraints.
- Excellent English grammar and spelling.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English.
