Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, issuance, storage, and maintenance of accurate stock records within our warehouse management system.
  • This role involves preparing reports on inventory adjustments due to damages or spoilage, coordinating with customers and warehousing functions, conducting internal and external inventory audits, and reconciling inventory with customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in software handling, and possess good management and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, issuance, storage, and maintaining accurate stock records.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on inventory adjustments due to damages or spoilage and coordinate with customers and warehousing functions.
  • Audit and Reconciliation: Conduct internal and external inventory audits and reconcile inventory with customers.
  • Daily Operations: Perform daily, weekly cycle counts, and month-end stock counts as required.

Requirements:
  • Education: Intermediate degree preferably in a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant warehousing experience at a multinational or reputable local logistics company.
  • Skill Set: Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies, good management, interpersonal, and software handling skills.
