We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a ERP Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our clients' ERP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive project plans and ensure effective system configuration.
  • Configure ERP modules, supporting customizations, integrations, and data migration to guarantee seamless system functionality.
  • Lead functional testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.
  • Provide training and support to empower end-users to effectively utilize the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional needs into actionable technical solutions.
  • IDentify and recommend process improvements across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive business growth and competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an ERP Implementation Specialist with expertise in ERP implementation and optimization.
  • Hands-on exposure to one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite), with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
  • Strong knowledge of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs, enabling effective system configuration and customization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams.
