You will utilize your technical expertise in Information Management and related technologies along with project management skills to oversee the delivery of project work, deliverables, and solutions for clients by guiding technical team members to meet clients' technical and business objectives.

Our goal is to provide a WOW experience for the client and achieve a client satisfaction rating of 8 or higher.

Job Specifications

To succeed in this role, you must prove that you:

  • Hold a graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fit into our culture represented by our core values
  • Are proficient in enterprise information management technologies
  • Have knowledge of core business functions. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, Consumer Packaged Goods industry, or medical clinical industry would be advantageous
  • Can manage one large and several smaller projects concurrently and deliver timely/quality results for customers
  • Can transform 'unstructured' customer requirements into technical requirements and specifications for validation by the client
  • Are committed to positively influencing your team members and guiding them on projects
  • Have excellent oral, written, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Can effectively communicate with customers over the phone or in person and facilitate sessions with customers/partners
  • Have strong problem-solving skills
