Product Deployment & Implementation Expert

  • We are seeking a skilled technical expert to support Enterprise and Government Customers using Video Content Management systems across SaaS, Azure, AWS Cloud, or On-Premise models.
  • The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of our products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • This role involves installing, deploying, and supporting our products on-premises, in Azure and AWS Cloud Infrastructure, and in customer environments.
  • Addressing technical deployment and implementation issues via phone, ticketing, and remote meetings is an essential part of this role.
  • The candidate will design and develop automated deployment, monitoring, backup, and recovery systems.
  • Meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by responding promptly and communicating effectively is crucial for this position.
  • Conduct security audits and penetration testing of software to ensure its integrity.
  • Load testing of software is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • The candidate will create and maintain private clouds and local environments for development and testing.
  • They will assist testing and product teams as needed.
  • Maintaining expertise in our product suite is essential for success in this role.
  • Educating customers on our products' functions and features is another important task.
  • The candidate will escalate bugs/issues to Product Engineering.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with Azure or AWS - IaaS & PaaS.
  • Understanding of Networking, OS, Databases, Browsers, HTML, Cloud/Web Applications.
  • Experience with Virtualizations, Containers, Elastic Search, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, gRPC, and related technologies.
  • Ability to design network and system diagrams using illustration tools.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a relevant field is required. Microsoft or AWS certification is a plus.
