About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Innovation Lead to drive business growth through strategic solutions.

The successful candidate will lead and oversee the business analysis process, including gathering, analyzing, and defining requirements. Strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives with technical solutions.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure effective implementation of business solutions.

  • Produce high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring proper documentation and communication across teams.
