As part of this journey, you will play a key role in achieving targets for vendor operating hour, vendor fail rate, deal acquisition, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors, reaching out to them to sell growth products/tools on the platform, and building and maintaining long-term relationships to maximize their ROI, engagement, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a large portfolio of vendors to achieve targets.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for vendor operating hour, vendor fail rate, and deal acquisition.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue generation from existing vendors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high ROI, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Proactive approach to achieving targets and supporting peers.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Mentorship qualities: compassion, will, and humility.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or sales in FMCG, B2B, or e-commerce.
