Senior Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring sales and collection targets are met, and delivering targeted gross margins.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Management: Manage the assigned customers' portfolio to ensure that sales and collection targets are met as per the plan and/or assigned targets.
  2. Forecasting and Planning: Support and assist the Director Sales in preparing the monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasts to support the procurement/supply chain team in arranging the required materials on time.
  3. Gross Margin Delivery: Deliver the targeted gross margins for the assigned portfolio/territory on a regular basis.
  4. New Business Development: Develop new customers and revive lost customers to ensure the continuous growth of the business in the assigned territory.
  5. Customer Service: Liaise with the customer services team to ensure prompt and effective customer service for the assigned portfolio/territory.
  6. Market Intelligence: Regularly provide market intelligence pertaining to competition, market behaviors & industry trends, and provide input for developing the appropriate business plans and counter strategies.
  7. Complaint Handling: Coordinate with the technical services team for timely complaint handling and prompt pre- & post-sales support to the customers.
  8. CRM Utilization: Ensure effective and timely use of the CRM to keep the data & portfolio status updated.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Sales/Marketing
  • Relevant experience (in the Textile Industry)
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience
