Job Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished Technical Project Manager to spearhead high-impact projects across cross-functional teams. This role offers significant professional growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives.

  • Manage and prioritize software development process in-line with the product roadmap and release deadlines.
  • Write and assign detailed product feature tickets for the development team.
  • Establish timelines and closely track release cycle, coordinate with the development team, QA, and DevOps.
  • Engage leadership on new feature ideas following company vision and customer feedback.
  • Analyze weaknesses in development teams and focus on developing skill sets.
  • Assist with hiring and coordinating interviews for product development and engineering teams.
  • Advocate for customers throughout the product design and development process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Sciences, Software Engineering, or relevant fields.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Advanced knowledge of Project Management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and development planning tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and excellent vocabulary required (oral and written).
