Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Lead to drive software development and mentor a team of developers. Strong expertise in Python, leadership experience, and passion for scalable applications are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of developers ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following industry standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Database management experience (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • CI/CD pipeline and DevOps practice experience.
  • Version control system knowledge (Git).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
