Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding organizational policies and procedures.
  • Prepare administrative reports and presentations.
  • Maintain and update organizational databases and systems.
  • Assist with performance management tracking.
  • Coordinate training initiatives.
  • Support Services:
  • Provide procurement and payment processing support.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships.
  • Plan and monitor budgets to ensure compliance.
  • Optimize costs.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of organizational principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
