Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to maintain accurate records, prepare correspondence, and perform administrative tasks with high efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain up-to-date records of letters received from clients or partners, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and dispatch outgoing letters to clients or partners in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain the Document Control Log Register, ensuring all changes are properly documented.
  • Process and maintain approval logs for letters and transmittals, adhering to established protocols.
  • Ensure the maintenance of physical and server records, both incoming and outgoing, in accordance with company standards.
  • Archive submitted and received transmittals in both physical and server records, following established procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience with document control systems and server/cloud record management is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication tools is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
