Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Generalist Analyst, located in Lahore. The HR Generalist Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. The analyst will support talent acquisition, assist with HR analytics, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition skills
  • Employee relations and performance management experience
  • Knowledge in HR policy implementation and labor regulations
  • HR analytics and reporting skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
