Senior Risk Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of strategic, financial and compliance risk management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management frameworks to guide first-line defense teams in identifying, assessing, evaluating, categorizing, prioritizing, monitoring and controlling significant risks facing the organization.
  • Provide guidance on risk identification and assessment, as well as determining the adequacy and cost-effectiveness of controls.
  • Implement processes, systems, procedures and data management capabilities to support the risk management framework.
  • Report all risk exposures identified with the help of risk owner departments within the approved risk appetite and tolerance limits.
  • Monitor internal controls and systems relevant to risk management.

The Senior Risk Manager will work closely with other heads of departments to ensure monitoring and compliance with the approved Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This includes coordinating with Internal Audit Department for arrangement of risk-based audits and facilitating business and support groups in risk-based performance evaluation.
