Job Description

This role is a senior-level position within the company's operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and leadership, and will be able to provide strategic guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
  • Assess financial performance and ensure adherence to budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to allocate budgets and control expenses.
  • Develop financial reports and provide insightful analysis to management.
  • Lead and supervise Administration and Facility Management teams.
  • Manage administrative functions and facilities maintenance.
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor risks, and develop risk response strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely risk reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA Finance from a recognized university or ACCA with at least 6 years of experience, or ACMA with 4 years of post-membership experience.
