Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with partners to deliver successful integration of our services into their systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical engagement with partners from initial contact to launch.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for partners, ensuring accurate assessment of their capability to perform integrations.
  • Work closely with partner teams to explain functionality and address questions.
  • Evaluate partners' designs and plans to identify and resolve issues prior to implementation.
  • Identify and define requirements unique to partner integrations or devices.
  • Drive technical negotiation and alignment with partners.
  • Represent the voice of partners and provide key insights to improve the integration experience.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, program management, engineering, or solutions architect.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in back office systems and affiliate equipment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to balance technical depth, product knowledge, business understanding, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
Preferred Skills
  • Played a lead role in delivering major product or feature launches.
  • Understand how to work with partners to integrate apps onto affiliate equipment.
  • Effective communicator at all levels and disciplines.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.
  • Lead project timelines, secure commitments, manage risks, identify critical path, and monitor launch operations for large software projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions for more than one project area.
