Senior Integration Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in the success of our business. We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our Accelerators team.

This hands-on individual contributor position is responsible for ensuring the success of domain and industry-specific packaged solutions and technical accelerator frameworks. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to translate real-world customer challenges into problems that can be addressed by the Accelerators team independently or in collaboration with other teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, development, and implementation, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results. You will be responsible for maintaining all documents, tools, and information to enable the sales team to reach their full potential.

We're looking for someone with 8+ years of relevant experience in the field of integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA, TIBCO, webMethods etc. Hands-on experience with implementing microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, process automation is a must.

A successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations. Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience are essential.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (Computer Science is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in integration platforms
• 6+ years of experience working with Integration Platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Oracle SOA, TIBCO, webMethods etc.
• Hands-on experience with implementing Microservices or API-based integration architecture, event-driven architecture, Process Automation
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies - iPaaS, SaaS applications, cloud infrastructure such as AWS/Azure/GCP
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Accelerators (Product) planning and implementation throughout the lifecycle
• Responsible for maintaining all documents, tools, and information to enable the sales team to reach their full potential
• Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service experience to customers
