Role - Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project success from initiation to closure.
  • Detailed planning and execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers and internal teams.
  • Generate reports and MIS documents.
  • Monitor and control variances in time, quality, cost, and process.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Define processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Measure key performance indicators aligned to customer expectations.
  • Manage attrition and mentor project team members.
  • Resource planning, periodic review, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance adherence and support pre-sales with estimation and proposal making.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management.
  • Proven track record in integration project executions.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Java/J2EE technology, and integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum implementation and multi-domain expertise.

Business Acumen:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Understanding of business processes and analytical skills.

  • Team environment problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and clear communication.
  • Able to explain ideas and concepts to others.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients.
  • Create new professional relationships for additional business or potential consultants.
