Job Title: Solutions Engineering Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our solutions engineering team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions engineering strategies that support rapid scaling and growth.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing solutions engineering team, mentoring and developing technical talent, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement solutions engineering strategies that support rapid scaling and growth.
  • Lead and grow the solutions engineering team, ensuring scalability to meet future product development needs.
  • Oversee the execution of the product roadmap and customer deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish and refine solutions engineering processes and best practices to enhance velocity and quality of output.
  • Collaborate with advisors, leadership, and middle management to implement robust solutions engineering strategies that support rapid scaling.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the solutions engineering team, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience, specifically in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and growing solutions engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
