Head of AI Department (PhD | Professor | AI Research Expert)

INEXOR is an AI-driven company pioneering advancements in artificial intelligence and data science. We are looking for a visionary Head of AI Department to lead groundbreaking AI research and development. The ideal candidate is a PhD holder in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, preferably a Professor, Research Scientist, or an AI industry expert with a strong academic and practical background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cutting-edge AI research in finance-specific LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent AI systems, hyper-personalization models, and knowledge graphs.
  • Develop domain-specific AI models that surpass general-purpose LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) in financial accuracy, reasoning, and predictive analytics.
  • Architect and optimize high-performance AI systems for real-time financial insights, forecasting, and autonomous AI agents.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI researchers, ML engineers, and data scientists, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
  • Oversee data curation, data engineering, and high-quality data sourcing to ensure robust AI model performance.
  • Design and implement knowledge graphs to enhance AI-driven decision-making, structured data representation, and financial intelligence.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, contributing to research through publications, patents, and industry collaborations.
Requirements
  • PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in LLMs, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, knowledge graphs, and generative AI.
  • A strong track record of research contributions, publications, and patents in AI and Data Science.
  • Expertise in data engineering, model optimization, and AI architectures for large-scale applications.
  • Deep knowledge of financial AI applications, predictive modeling, and AI-driven decision systems.
  • Proven leadership in managing AI teams and driving innovative AI solutions.
