Digital Learning and Design Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning and Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will drive the integration of instructional design methodologies, e-learning technologies, and educational tools to enhance employee learning and engagement. This is a critical role that requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in instructional design, digital learning platforms, and project management.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing our digital learning strategy, including leading the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.

• Overseeing the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules, working with internal subject matter experts to convert traditional training into digital formats.

• Managing and optimizing digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.

• Designing and conducting training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools, as well as providing support staff with instructional design and digital content creation expertise.

• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital learning programs, analyzing learner engagement and feedback to optimize outcomes and continuously improve content.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, authoring tools, and data-driven decision-making.

Certification (Preferred)

Certifications in instructional design, e-learning, or educational technology will be considered an asset.
